Son yıllarda sadece 65 yaş üstü kişilerin değil gençlerin de sıkça hafıza kaybı şikâyetleri olduğu söyleniyor.1 Bunda dikkatimizi dağıtan akıllı telefonların etkisi olduğu söylenebilir.2 Telefonları hayatımızdan tümüyle çıkarmak mümkün olmadığına göre hafızamızı desteklemenin yollarını deneyebiliriz.
